What is the Majic Realm Market Place?

The Majic Realm Market Place is your one stop shop for all things Majic! The marketplace offers items and world building services for realmers and is powered by our Payment partner Stripe.

Who is Lemon Drop Games LLC?

The Majic Realm is now operated by Lemon Drop Games LLC and as such, charges will appear on your charge statement as Lemon Drop Games LLC. Should you have any questions about billing, Majic Realm Support will be happy to help you out.

Subscriptions

Majic Realm subscriptions are available on a monthly basis and are processed by our Payment partner Stripe.

Special Subscription Extensions and Stripe credit

If you purchased a Founder package or any product that includes an extension of your monthly subscription, you will see this applied as a credit within your Stripe account for the value of the month subscription. This credit will be applied to all future Stripe invoices including market place items.

This means that if you expect to receive a free month of subscription but purchase a product, you will actually use your Stripe credit balance to pay for your market place order and will then be charged for the upcoming subscription renewal.

In-Game Items

Periodically the Gods may offer seasonal items and offerings while other more common items are available year round.

World Building Services

World Building Services are managed by the support team. Orders for custom builds may be submitted through the online store. Custom orders may be considered, just send support a note and the team will look review your request.

Refunds

In-game items are pre-payable, and are generally not refundable, especially once production of your order has begun.

In some cases and at our sole discretion, monthly subscriptions may be refunded, but will generally be issued as a credit balance.

Invoices and billing information

You can manage your Stripe payment profile, view invoices, and adjust payment settings all from your Majic Realm user profile.
